Oasis Madrid is a ministry of Christian Associates International, an organization headquartered in California, USA and Den Haag, Netherlands. Christian Associates is committed to the reproduction of high-impact churches and high-impact leaders throughout the major cities of Europe. Oasis Madrid also has its beginnings in Mountainview International Church, located in the northwest suburbs of Madrid. In 2002, Troy and Heather Cady began leading a team of people to establish Mountainview which included: Richard and Riekje Wallace, Kelly and April Crull, Jay and Carolyn Sensenig and Kelly Wills. In the summer of 2006 Troy and Heather moved into the city center of Madrid to take on the leadership of Oasis Madrid, a new church plant.
